ActiveVibe gift card terms
- The card is valid for 12 months from purchase. Any balance not used by then is lost.
- It can be used only on ActiveVibe, in one or several goes, on all activities: instant booking or on request. For a booking on request, the credit is simply put on hold and returned to you if the partner declines or does not reply. It cannot be used to pay for a subscription or another gift card.
- The card is reserved for the leisure activities offered by our partners.
- It is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash. If a booking is cancelled, the part paid with credit is returned to the recipient's account.
- The code is single-use: once activated, the credit is linked to the recipient's account. The holder is responsible for keeping the code safe.
- The card is a multi-purpose voucher: VAT is due when it is used, on the booked service.
The French version of these terms prevails.
